Marathon DJ 3000 Power Amplifier

I had a show last weekend at a club and out of the blue one of the channels stopped working. I tried another speaker cable to make sure it was not the cables, I also tried changing the output cables from the amp to the mixer that was not the problem either, I still had the same results. What would cause this and what do I need to do or have to repair this myself if at all possible?

I just purchased the MA 4050 power amp. It has passed the test for me. I DJ'd and MC'd a 11 hour OKTOBERFEST

here in LA and the amp ran solid for 11 friggin hours. It didnt heat up or crap out. Its a very good amp.

I bought it yesterday, opened the box and put it in my rack case and it performed flawlessly.

I recommend it to any application. I don't know if its really 800wpc at 8ohms but it seems close, it ran my

2 Marathon dj 153 way speakers and another pair and had incredible bass ...

I saw Marathon amplifiers in a dj-store in Sweden. The store has only one amp-model, and I wonder if these are real Marathon amps or fakes?

The store does not have the best reputation, they import from China, and call their speakers for JBL etc, but the speakers are far from being original. Is this the same situation with the marathon amps?
